Our collaboration with the Quebec government resulted in the first consumer mobile app by the province’s Health Ministry – and the first app of this scale for the Quebec government.
The app successfully launched and stayed at the top of the Canadian app stores’ most downloaded list (Apple & Google) for several weeks, beating out Facebook and TikTok.
The app was the first of its kind for domestic use that was able to support SHC and EU-DCC proof formats, which are used in over 56 countries.
While emitting SHC proofs, our system also supports exemptions and COVID-19 proof of recovery tests as status considerations.
More than 6 million people in Quebec have received their verifiable vaccination certificate through our solution, which represents 98.8% of fully vaccinated people.
